Depending on available resources, GICA offer residencies to artists, curators, researchers and anyone else who is interested in exploring their practice in the context of the island and the institute. Residencies usually include a presentation at the beginning and the end, and normally result in a publication. Residencies may be virtual, physical, by correspondence, by proxy, or any other form that is appropriate to the work. Please note that the institute has extremely limited funds, but can accommodate up to two artists for at least several days.
